The application of combined rolled girder profiles represents another step in the development of the VFT system. In the new system instead of welded double-tee bar rolling mill is used double-tee bar rolled profile cut in a specific way in the near web axis, so that creates two tee bar profiles, each is steel part of combined grinder, cut shape of web forms simultaneously combined element. Specially shaped cut curve is the perfect joint if web with concrete part of prefabricated unit and there are not required any additional treatments needed to realization of combination in steel part of girder.
What is needed is a reasonable shape of this complex area and choose the appropriate shape cutouts section steel. VFT-WIB system combines the benefits of the system VFT efficiency resulting from the application of a new kind of complex (called composite dowels).
Compared with reinforced concrete beams we obtained greater static moment of steel shelf relatively to concrete, so the higher spreads can be achieved with less constructional height and smaller weight of prefabricated unit.
In relation to the pre-tensioned prestressed concrete beams new beams are about one-third lighter and don't deform tensioning in inverse direction to active. In relation to welded mill there's greater the resistance fatigue - there are no welds at lower flange in span zone.
